What it is actually like to work with us

No onboarding project, no new software to learn. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you decide to send a case.

Step 1

Send the case file

Digital cases go through our secure upload link, by email, or over WhatsApp. Accepted formats: STL, PLY, OBJ, plus photographs of the preparation and bite where relevant.

Physical impressions are possible but we recommend digital. Courier account details and packing instructions are provided on request.

Step 2

Written quotation within 24 hours

You receive a per-unit price, the material recommendation, the production days and an expected delivery date — in writing, before anything is produced.

If we see a problem with the file — insufficient reduction, unclear margin, missing bite — we tell you at this stage, not after milling.

Step 3

Design and production

CAD design, then milling or printing, sintering, layering, staining and glazing — every step inside our own factory, under one roof. Each stage is tracked against the case number you were given.

For full-arch and complex implant cases we send the design for your approval before production.

Step 4

Three-stage quality control

Fit on the model, marginal integrity under magnification, occlusion, contacts, shade and finish. Failures at this stage are remade before dispatch — not shipped and apologised for later.

You receive photographs of the finished case before it leaves the building.

Step 5

Packing and dispatch

Each unit is individually protected in a labelled case box with your reference number. Consolidated shipments are available weekly if you prefer to batch.

Plain outer packaging on request; case boxes always carry your own reference number, not our marketing.

Step 6

After delivery

Tracking is shared automatically. If something is not right, send photographs — we respond within one business day and, where the fault is ours, remake at our cost including return freight.

Remake policy is written, not verbal. Ask for a copy before you start.

Lead times

Production days below exclude shipping. Add 2–5 days for express courier to Europe, North America or Australia.

Commercial terms

Pricing

Per-unit pricing by category, with tiered rates as monthly volume grows. Price list reviewed annually, with 60 days' notice of any change.

Payment

New accounts: payment on dispatch by bank transfer or card. Established accounts: 30-day terms after a settled-invoice track record.

Currency

Invoicing in USD, EUR or AUD. Bank charges and exchange costs are stated on the invoice, not buried in the unit price.

Shipping

DHL or FedEx express with tracking. Freight is quoted at cost; we do not mark it up. Consolidated weekly shipments available.

Warranty

Free remake on production errors. Material and workmanship issues covered; damage from clinical adjustment or patient trauma is not.

Confidentiality

Case data, patient information and your commercial terms are treated as confidential. NDA available on request, signed before files are shared.

Communication

You will not be chasing us for updates

Every account gets one named contact who knows your work. During your working hours, not ours.

  • WhatsApp — the fastest channel for case questions and photos
  • Email — quotations, invoices and documentation
  • Video call — scheduled case reviews and technical discussions
  • Written status — every case has a number you can quote back to us

Before you send your first case

Four things that decide whether a case comes back fitting. We check all of them — but you can save a cycle by checking first.

1. Scan quality

Full-arch scans with no stitching gaps at the margins. A marginal gap in the scan becomes a marginal gap in the crown.

2. Reduction

Enough clearance for the chosen material — more for zirconia, less for lithium disilicate. Undercuts removed on the path of insertion.

3. Bite record

A clear buccal bite scan or photographs of the occlusion in centric. Without it, occlusion becomes a guess.

4. Shade

Photographs with a shade tab in frame, under neutral light. Verbal descriptions do not translate across languages reliably.
